Provisional data

Readings shown here are real-time, provisional values from U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) streamgauges and have not been reviewed or approved by the USGS. They are subject to revision. Gauges can be affected by ice, debris, backwater, equipment malfunction, or telemetry outages, and may report values that are delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable.

Flood stages

Flood-stage thresholds and forecasts come from the NOAA National Weather Service. Not every gauge has an official flood stage, and a gauge being below flood stage does not mean an area is safe — flooding can occur from rainfall, dam releases, storm surge, or small streams that are not gauged.
